Anyone checked out Quake 4? Since I have Quake, Quake 2 ( it sucked ) and Quake 3 Arena I figured I'd check out Quake 4. I have to say that the graphics are great and the gameply is pretty good. Unfortunately it's not the Quake that started it all. it is a good game and does keep you a bit on edge but it's more of a game along the lines of Delta Force or Wolfenstein. I will say I'm still in the start of playing the demo so I'll reserve judgement on buying it for now.

OR... you can visit the ID Software site and download it from there. I can't put it on CD to send to any of you because that would be against the law ... even though it's a really big file. So if you want the 332MB demo file and can't download it for whatever reason, don't email me and give me your address expecting me to use a 25 cent CD and a 34 cent stamp to send you a copy! It doesn't matter that I have a 100 pack of CDRs and a book of stamps. It just wouldn't be right.

a 34 cent stamp huh?? lol. Well that puppy woudln't go anywhere! I have alot of crap to clear out of my laptop before I attempt that game. I would like to try it though.. I'm also looking at Warcraft and Dungeons and Dragons for the kid.. hmm spoiled brat!!!

i dloaded Q4 and i wasnt impressed at all. Graphics were not as good as they could be. i couldnt tell ya about the gameplay because i had like a 250 ping but seamed ok. but i wouldnt waste my money on it
