You can get you local Classified in your Local papers online.. But.. there are two other sites I found that seem pretty good to.

Craiglist.org has a huge range to look through. You can even Barter services. Tit for Tat kinda thing. They look for Web Designers, Handyman, Accounting, and even Free Haircuts when the local Hair Stylists need to pass tests. Pretty cool site..

Some people just don't want to pay for that Local Ad. I really don't blame them, It's so much better when you are allowed to pay once the item is sold.
